What is the proper way to behave at a funeral?  What should you say – or not say?  How do you explain death to children?  What’s involved in pre-planning a funeral?  How do you provide support during a time of loss and sorrow?  These are human events that we all deal with at some time in our lives.  The more we understand about them, the better prepared we can be.  That’s why we’ve decided to address these issues online. 

 You see, we do more than simply arrange funerals and provide help and support in times of need.  We have always been an important resource for the community, providing books, brochures and videos, offering referrals to local support groups and grief counselors, helping the families we serve to understand and deal with the emotions involved in loss, grief, and mourning.
